Wohlfühler collects nothing about you. There is no server that sees your entries, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. Everything you enter stays on your device and — if you switch iCloud sync on — in your own iCloud.
Your entries. Preparations and intake times, day-check answers and notes, training, doctors, appointments and their attachments, diagnoses, allergies, lab reports. This data lives in a database on your device.
Apple Health. If you allow access, Wohlfühler reads values from Apple Health — pulse, heart rate variability, sleep, steps, weight and any other category you share. These values are only read, cached on the device alone, and never written to iCloud. They are not passed on and not evaluated beyond being displayed in the app. You can revoke the permission at any time in the Health app.
If you switch on writing training back (off by default), Wohlfühler writes the training you entered yourself to Apple Health as a workout. It writes nothing else there.
Calendar. If you allow it, Wohlfühler adds your appointments to your calendar and removes them again. It does not read your calendar.
Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There are no push notifications from a server. With iCloud sync switched on, Apple quietly tells your device that another device has changes; nobody sees your content in the process.
Lab reports. A photo or PDF you import is read on your device — Apple's text recognition (Vision) runs offline. On devices with Apple Intelligence, the on-device language model reads the same page as well, to assign lines more reliably. That too happens entirely on your device: nothing is uploaded and no cloud model is asked.
If you switch sync on, your entries are synchronised between your devices through your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit, private database). Wohlfühler has no access to it; Apple's privacy policy applies. Apple Health values are excluded and stay local.
Wohlfühler Premium is handled through Apple's App Store. Wohlfühler learns only whether a subscription is active. The app never sees payment details.
Wohlfühler contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising libraries. No usage data is collected and no data is transmitted to third parties.
Because the data lives only on your device and in your iCloud, it is in your own hands: you can change it, delete it, and take it with you through the full export. Delete the app and the iCloud data and it is gone. Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection; write to the address above.
Wohlfühler is not directed at children under 13.
